Metal based ores no longer spawn normally, instead in clusters through Large Ore Deposits, gem and dust based ores spawn naturally with the addition of small deposits.
Food options are expanded with Pam's mods, Cooking For Blockheads, Farmer Delight, Neapolitan and compatibility between them.
Natural health regen is disabled to encourage Rough Tweaks bandages ect but to make the early game easier eating food now restores health equal to half of the hunger restored.
The horse system has been extended with Callable Horses, AstikorCarts, Stupid Horse Stand Still, Horse Combat Controls.
Campfires are super useful especially early on as they now repel hostile mobs, heal you, and can be set as spawn points. Protecting you at night time from the mobs that lurk in the 'Total' Darkness.
Many mobs, redesigned enchantments, looot, hud additions, cosmetics, performance enhancements, combat (dual weilding, spartans, dodge ect), nether and end expansions, new dimensions, many QOL/staple mods and much more.
