Casino Block 1.4.1 is here!

This update comes with a bunch of QOL and balancing changes.

Here's what was added:

• Changed the recipe for getting lava from a cutting recipe into a cooking recipe
• Changed the recipe for getting magma cream from a blasting recipe into a cooking recipe
• Changed the recipe for getting water from a cutting recipe into a compacting recipe
• Tweaked the Gatcha Key Reward loot pools
• Added a Mekanism Combiner recipe to turn diorite and netherrack into nether quartz ore
• Added a Mekanism Enrichment recipe to turn quartz into certus quartz
• Added a compacting recipe to turn bone blocks into calcite
• Added chance to get andesite alloy from the Lucky Bar Casino Block
• Added furnace recipes to burn limestone into diorite and diorite into andesite
• Removed the nametags from the golden golem quest because golems now stick around
• Changed the description in the quest Lava and Water to fit the new changes
• Added a milling recipe to turn most stone types in the game into iron nuggets
