buildinggadgets-server - changed max building distance, max range, and doubled all energy storage values

ftbchunks - fake_players: "allow"

ftbessentials - lowered most teleporting timers

ftbessentials - added additional  max homes (1 > 3)

ftbessentials - changed max rtp distance

ftbultimine-server - halved exhaustion and tripled max blocks at once

computercraft-server - changed turtles to have higher fuel limit and max monitor size to be bigger (8x8)
