Removed all unnedded preformance/optimization mods, basically trimmed the fat. Instead of having 20 fps lows and 300 fps high, the game is far more stable (atleast on my setup) now running with 120 fps lows and 160 fps highs.
In game content is still the same and is compatible with all of your old worlds. Have fun!
