Fixed a hardlock caused by the Alloy Furnace being staged wrong (discovered by stav200011 on the Discord)
"Electric Alloys" now requires "Electric Power"
"Network Control" now only requires 1 Cable (was 32)
"Primitive Auto-Mining" is now optional
- Boosted the Charcoal reward to the intended range of 16 - 128 and made it a team reward
- Now gives 1 - 2 Emerald Coins (was 1)
Added a recipe to upgrade the Alloy Furnace to a Blulectric Alloy Furnace
