Updated all mods.  Skipped the new Distant Horizons update as it caused console spam.

Added "CandlePack Recipes", a datapack (via Paxi) which modifies/adds recipes.  Examples include making candle and dye crafting more efficient, making nether chests cheaper, and adding a saddle recipe.
