Run the following commands to update the quest book and loot boxes:

/bq_admin default load

/bqs_loot default load

Fixed soul sand recipe in basic calculator.

Fixed recipe conflict between Tinkers blank pattern and wooden shears.

Changed recipe for Tinkers obsidian alloy to a 1:1 ratio (1 bucket of lava + 1 bucket of water = 1 block of obsidian).

Added recipe uses for livingroot, including seeds and certain plants/crops.

Added recipes for Tinkers gem cast.

Added recipe for EnderIO monster token to require a zombie soul.

Added recipe for soul sandstone in basic calculator. 

Added recipes for  elder guardian and Random Things' spirit spawn egg.

Redid the weights for ores for Botania's orechid and Astral Sorcery's mineralis ritual.
