With the addition of new features after 12.2 and the shift to 16.4 by various streamers and mod packs, I decided to try my hand at a mod pack for 16.4. This allows fans of modded Minecraft to play a more updated version of the base game while still having the joys that mods add to the experience. A goal for the mod pack is to also allow it to flow with my server project which will use the same mod pack.

Now, most of the mods we all knew and loved were closed with no hope, at least by me, to be ported to a newer version. So, this required a closer look at what the modding community has been up to recently. Thankfully, the theme of Calamity is to have a million possibilities for an 8-second attention span. However, the changes to available mods also led me to a theme of Revival as most of the 'typical' mods that we all learned are gone, which will require those pros of modded Minecraft to encounter a learning curve they haven't had in years.

With that brief synopsis out of the way, Calamity Revival features all the cool aspects of Modded Minecraft: Magic, technology, discovery, exploration, and enhanced danger are all present. I hope you all enjoy the mod pack when and look forward to seeing people play it.
