CABIN: Create Above & Beyond In Newer

Structures and Building:
- The first round of community submitted structures has made it into the game! (as well as some CAB structures)
   - There will be a second round in the future, so don't worry if you were not able to take part.
- Rechiseled: CABIN Additions is a new mod created specifically for this pack, bringing classic blocks like chisel's Lab blocks and Xtones' Agon to 1.18.

Recipe Improvements:
- Liquified Logic Number Mechanical Recipes can now be preformed vertically as well as horizontally
- Ever found it weird that the CAB devs used obsidian as VSS, rather than just giving it it's own fluid? So did I, so that's been fixed.
    - THIS DOES MEAN THAT CURRENT SETUPS WILL JAM, SO DON'T FORGET TO UNCLOG THEM.
    - Same is also true for chromatic waste
- Fluid duct recipe buffed, now giving 16 per craft.
    - Windowed fluidduct recipe readded, whoops.
- Fluid duct servo no longer requires a ender machine

Ores:
- Raw Ores (the ones from vanilla Minecraft) have been reworked into Concentrated Raw Ores, and will give you 5-7 crushed ores when processed, making exploration a little bit more rewarding
- Fortune 5 now works with Ores

Misc:
- Toast Control Added
