Create 2 Mekanism: Sky Edition 2

- ch7-ch10 mechanisms migrated to a new ID, revisit your contraptions/recipes to change it, old ID mechanisms are now deprecated and will be deleted in the future
- changed nether portal requirements & quest placement: Block = Compressed Netherrack (1x), Ignition Item = Polished Rose Quqrtz
- @bripendo: All alloys that require two materials now can be created using respective gaseous compounds in Chemical infuser
