Removed the following mods:

- Custom Mob Spawner
These mods have not actually been updated to 1.12 on Curse Forge, meaning that Dr Zhark wants people to download the mod externally, which we may incorporate in the future, but for now it's simply being excluded.
Slightly tweaked config files for some of the aesthetic clientside mods.
