Setup - Very important to follow!: 

• Make sure "profile options" shows Forge 14.23.5.2847
• Recommended at least 4gb ram allocation in "profile options -> memory settings". Optimal is 5gb+
• Optifine is highly recommended, but not required. 
• It is highly recommended that you download, and manually insert Custommobspawner 3.11.4 in order to prevent a common CustomNPC error.
