Added Loot Tables and fixes to the loot tables,
Cleaned up some non-existent scripts, and cleaned up excess code.
AlphaLootTableFixesPart 2 plans:
Most if not all loot tables added except for Rougelike Dungeons.
Added Various Pam's HarvestCraft addons, but still need to level lock them.
