This mod is for my server and is an Origins Modpack.
As of right now there are 20 Origins to chose from in this Modpack that Include:
- Human: you don't gain any benefits nor any weaknesses
- Enderian: can teleport with ender pearls without having any, but take damage from water and rain
- Merling: can breathe, see, and break blocks underwater, but you can't breathe on land
- Phantom: can walk through solid blocks and is invisible in phantom state, but use more hunger while in phantom state and burn in sunlight when not
- Elytrian: has Elytra wings by nature and does more damage in the air, but can only wear light armor and takes more kinetic damage
- Blazeborn: are immune to fire and lava damage and deal more damage while on fire, but takes damage while in contact with water
- Avian: has permanent slow falling and is a little faster, but needs to sleep at high altitudes and can't eat meat
- Arachnid: has ability to climb and hit cobwebs on attack, but have 3 less hearts and can only eat meat
- Shulk: has 9 additional inventory slots and can break stone without a pickaxe, but can not use shields and exhausts faster
- Feline: does not take fall damage, can jump higher, and has slight dark vision, but can only mine natural stone when 2 adjacent natural stones are there
- Floran: when sneaking on fertilizable block with an empty hand will grow plants at the cost of some food and gain food from sunlight, but take more damage from fire
- Truffle: you can switch between different magic spores and gain a buff on which one you are using, but food is decomposed before its consumed nullifying any status effect you would gain
- Inchling: you are 4 times smaller, can climb walls, immune to fall damage and thorns, but have 5 less hearts and 1 less build range
- Piglin: golden tools deal extra damage and golden armor gives extra defense, lasts longer, but everything else breaks faster other than netherite
- Withered: inflict withered effect on melee attacks, is immune to projectiles and damage is reduced when health is at most half of maximum amount, but can't breed animals or plant crops
- Dragonborn: can breathe fireballs, doesn't take any knockback, but takes more damage from behind and can only eat meat
- Hiss-kin: can rocket jump when looking at a block or entity, immune to explosions. but has slightly less movement speed
- Undead: melee attacks inflict a zombification effect on entities, immune to hunger and Zombifying, but burns in sunlight
- Hare: can bunny hop, and can jump higher when sneaking, but can't sleep near bright light
- Swarm: can hover when falling, can bonemeal the 4 adjacent blocks as well, does not anger bees, but has 3 less hearts and has lessened senses around smoke
We Have also added classes from the Origins: Classes mod to give an extra bonus to whatever origins you choose that Include:
- Archer: your projectiles are more accurate; you are slowed less when using a bow
- Beastmaster: animals you tame gain permanent extra hearts and damage; when you drink a potion the effects also apply to nearby tamed animals
- Blacksmith: tools and armor crafted by you provide small benefits; you can repair tools and armor more efficiently, both in an anvil and via crafting
- Cleric: you can double the duration of potions; you are better at enchanting
- Cook: food you craft provides more nourishment; you gain extra XP from cooking food in a smoker
- Explorer: you start the game with 9 empty maps, a compass and a clock; you don't exhaust from sprinting
- Farmer: bone meal is twice as effective when used by you; crops sometimes yield twice the loot when you harvest them
- Lumberjack: crafting planks from logs gives you two extra planks; you cut down whole trees at once when you use an axe
- Merchant: when you trade with villagers, their trades aren't used up; wandering traders give you special offers
- Miner: you break all stone blocks faster; you don't exhaust from mining blocks
- Nitwit: you're not particularly good at anything. :)
- Rancher: when you breed animals, they sometimes have a chance to produce twins; animals killed by you have a chance of dropping twice as much loot
- Rogue: your name is never visible through walls; you enter stealth (making less sounds and dealing double damage from behind) after sneaking for 10 seconds
- Warrior: you deal +1 attack damage with every weapon; you are slowed less when using a shield
