Removed skeletons and phantoms from spawning normally
Fixed Vanilla Structures from not spawning
Guard Villagers and recruit have a chance to spawn with a flamethrower and Tacz guns
Removed A zombie horde that spawns them in your base
Slight less chance to not get infected
