1.0 release, updates should slow down for now.

Forgive me if I've forgotten some mods or accidentally put them in the changelog twice. I'm a bit dumb.

Added Tinkers Construct

Added 1.21 copper and tuff recipes

Removed Agricraft, as it was too tedious to grow enough stuff for food. Maybe one day I'll add it back and bother to configure it.
