STELLAR API

Changed POSITION "B:Visible_On_Main" to false (was true).
Changed TIME "B:Visible_On_Main" to false (was true). This will disable the Stellar API time in the upper right hand corner.

STELLAR SKIES

Changed "B:Fixed" to false (Was true). This will disable the Stellar Skies time and date GUI in the upper left corner.

THE ONE PROBE

Changed "I:needsProbe" to 0 (Was 3) so the probe is no longer required for the tooltips to show.
Changed "I:boxLeftX" to -1 (was 1) so the probe information will always be centered at the top portion of the screen.
