Major changes from v0.1 to v0.2 (V0.1 will not be released)

Removed a lot of the weather system. Cloud formations were not working for the feel of the gameplay we are after. Also removed Tinkers Construct as it wasnt working with other mods we have, when we only wanted it for ore doubling. So to help with Ore we added dense ores. Also added was Carts and small ships so you have other fun ways to travel. Server mod added to help with memory useage. Server files will come soon(tm)
