Brewlipack

Brewlipack is a lightweight mix of 1.8 tech and magic mods, for single player or a server, especially designed for players who are a bit new to modded Minecraft.

There are new plants and animals, for players who like to explore and collect all the shiny things, but the world is not particularly dangerous.

Simple tech mods give players a chance to start on basic automation and ore processing, without the server crippling mega-machines.  Mainstream magic mods introduce players to multi-block structures and rituals.
