Please note that I'm relatively new to creating modpacks and Scape and Run is not the most stable mod so you will probably experience crashes, low TPS, and lag spikes, sorry.

If this modpack crashes on launch, try launching again or allocating more memory.

I am unaware if this is compatible with Optifine as I don't use it.

This modpack is quite hard, so you'll end up dying a lot. I would not recommend playing on hardcore unless you're a masochist. This mod pack has a ton of custom config so don't expect a lot of features to be the same, especially regarding Scape and Run stats/mechanics. Below is a "short" list of changes to Scape and Run.

Primitive and adapted mobs have all adaptation heavily reduced, at the cost of much higher health
Phases and parasites that spawn other parasites have different spawn lists
Phases need more points to progress
Most parasites have stats changed to favor a certain category
Every single parasite mob has drops
All parasites have an 100% chance to convert a mob
Every modded mob converts into a parasite, with the exception of fire mobs
Rupters/heads attack solo in phase 1
Parasite biome fog is bright pink
Parasite orbs have been altered to provide regeneration to all parasites around including itself
Out of combat parasite regeneration is removed
Minimum damage is removed
Minimum hits to kill are removed
Yelloweye and sentry shots inflict high poison instead of high damage
Colonies have been enabled
All mobs attack parasites
Parasites attack all mobs from Phase 2 onward
The majority of parasites can break blocks
Follow range for parasites has been increased
Sneaking and invisibility is significantly more effective against all tiers of parasites
XP points from parasites have been increased by 2x or more
Nexus growth times have been increased
End and nether start in Phase 0
Phase delay reduced drastically
Golden apples and carrots grant permanent (10 million seconds) immunity to COTH when fed to animals
This mod pack also features several other mods to make it harder including Rough Mobs Revamped, Epic Siege, and Survival Reimagined, although many of their features are altered to maintain some form of balance.
