Box's Perfect World

This patch represents what I'd call the pack's full launch. It was originally based around a bunch of bug fixing, conflict resolution, and setting up decent default key-configs. It turned into a pretty substantial overhaul, removing a bunch of mods that our community don't really play with, or that are redundant with other mods. World generation was switched over to ReTerraforged as well. Note that ReTerraforged is still very much in development and there is a non-zero chance that worlds generated with this pack could corrupt. Make sure to run something to take regular backups.
