Major Update Out Soon!

This is a release candidate for 4.0.0 This Update will be formally called the Tech Update, and it adds close to 30 tech mods.
Due to this I now recommend 5 gigabytes of ram and 4 minimum.
The modpack now has a total of 199 mods with optifine and essentials added (197 without).

Changes:
Milleniare has been replaced by Minecraft Comes Alive
Biomes O' Plenty has been replaced by Oh The Biomes You'll Go
Aether II has been replaced by The Aether (the original one)
