This license applies to Border Expansion, including the mod, source code,
world files, server-pack files, and other original project materials
distributed by Hxze, except for third-party components that carry their own
licenses.

1. Permitted use

You may:

- Use Border Expansion for personal play and in private multiplayer groups.
- Operate Border Expansion on a server for playing the project.
- Create and publish videos or livestreams featuring Border Expansion,
including monetized videos and livestreams.
- Share the project files directly with members of the same private play
group when necessary for that group to play together.
- Modify the project for your own personal or private use.
- Share links to official Border Expansion download pages or other official
distribution links provided by Hxze.

2. Attribution

Public videos, livestreams, and other published gameplay content featuring
Border Expansion must include attribution to the creator. The recommended
credit is:

The placement and formatting of the credit are flexible as long as the
attribution is reasonably visible or accessible with the published content.

3. Public redistribution is not permitted

Without prior permission from Hxze, you may not publicly upload, mirror,
redistribute, republish, or otherwise make available copies of:

- the original or modified Border Expansion mod JAR;
- Border Expansion source code;
- Border Expansion world files;
- Border Expansion server packs or distribution ZIP files; or
- modified versions or derivative distributions of those materials.

Direct file sharing solely within the same private play group, as allowed in
Section 1, is not considered public redistribution.

4. Modifications

Personal and private modifications are permitted. Public distribution of a
modified version, modified JAR, modified source tree, modified world, or
modified server pack requires prior permission from Hxze.

5. Authorship and notices

You may not falsely claim authorship of Border Expansion or intentionally
remove or misrepresent notices identifying Hxze as the creator when
redistributing material under specific permission from Hxze.

6. Separate permissions

Hxze may grant additional permissions for particular people, projects,
platforms, or distributions. Such permission applies only to the scope for
which it was granted.

7. Third-party components

Third-party software and assets included with or used by Border Expansion
remain subject to their respective licenses. This license does not replace
or restrict rights granted by those third-party licenses.

8. No warranty

Border Expansion is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express
or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
