Changes:
Fixed elemental essence recipes
Obliterated watch of flowing time as far as extra block ticks goes due to the horrendous lag it caused
Removed dark pedestal recipe
Stopped EMI from showing block drops as that was more annoying than helpful
Turned keepInventory on by default(change gamerule as you wont have a grave now)
Turned on RPG tweaks XP module
Made projectexpansion collectors MUCH harder to obtain
Started on creating the endgame via projecte
Made fertilizer have a chance to go away after crop growth and made recipe harder but give more items
Added better combat support for newer cataclysm weapons
Added EMC values to some boss loot
