Boltz: This Year's Voltz Remake

A small, PVP-focused pack I made to play with some friends. Largely inspired by the 1.4.7 Voltz pack.

Features:

Light Modlist: Sitting at under 30 mods, this pack shouldn't require a beefy computer to run.

PVP-Ready: Mods like ICBM Classic and Techguns allow you to shoot each other to your heart's content.

Recipe Tweaks: Balance adjustments across the board (Super WIP) will reduce early game grind but make producing high-tier items require more infrastructure and resources. 

Tech mods: The pack's central mods are Mekanism and Nuclearcraft. Expect to build large factories!
