Boats Town and magic

Based on Sbeev create a colony with more magic and boat mods. Mod focuses on exploration and industrializing. Mutiple new structures have been added as well as some new bosses. New traversal options such as way stones, boat mods and trains allows the player to transfer the world with new generation options. Magic and gun mods help the player deal with the new challenges.
