BMX SMP

Reworked pretty much the entire pack, some things were kept from the last iteration though. currently has a focus on tech-type mods and decoration.
The mod count may look high but at the bare minimum, 35 of them are just libraries.
There are plans to update to 1.20 once more mods are updated to that version, but as of now, I'm holding off for updates on a few mods.
