Description
The Bloodline Modpack is for players that enjoy Vanilla Minecraft but are looking for some quality of life improvements, challenge, and reward for exploration. This will not be an adventure that you Chunkbase through; instead you'll have to prepare yourself for the unknown.
Each death will offer a heart (2HP) to the Gods in the continuation of your personal Bloodline. Eating the food of the (Notch) Gods, you may gain back that vitality which you lost. We all start with equal opportunity but only those with true grit will ascend as close to Godhood (40HP) as possible.
Explorers in search of Enchanted Golden Apples may find other items to aid their efforts. Pushing further and further from spawn, climbing into the mountains, or delving the depths of this world will incrementally increase the challenge of the enemies around you.
What would you do with limitless power? (This modpack is best played with 5-20 players. The larger your group, the rarer any loot found will be.)
In case any are interested but do not see it on their first login:
Welcome to Bloodline, an adventure driven by the player(s).
You, a descendant of the Ancient Builders with knowledge from long ago, embark on the adventure that will shape the world around you. Will the line end with you or shall you embark on a mission toward immortality?
No matter how you choose to proceed, the first thing you need is food and shelter; you ought to get moving!
(Attrition is enabled. This means that a death will lose a heart and eating an enchanted golden apple will grant you a heart. Maximum hearts is 20. Be safe!)
The Bloodline Modpack will overhaul the generation of your world while adding a large list of quality of life improvements, structures, and challenge. The goal of this modpack is to feel similar to a Vanilla Minecraft experience in gameplay with an underlying emphasis on the reward of exploration.
After installing the CurseForge desktop app, you can use the "Install with CurseForge App" option to easily install the full modpack. The full modpack will include all needed mods for play on the Bloodline SMP as well as various client-side upgrades. This same modpack would also allow you to create a singleplayer world with all of the same features already configured!
The following headers can be used when browsing the mods in this pack (click spoilers).
Be sure to check out the Images tab for examples of what you could hope to see in Bloodline.

Quality of Life

- WTHIT (What The Hell Is That) - UI window that gives information about targeted mob/block. This is a fork of Hwyla (Here's What You're Looking At) which was a fork of WAILA (What Am I Looking At) and accepts most addons written and updated for either
- Roughly Enough Items REI - Log of ALL available blocks including those from mods. Toggleable inventory overlay
