1. Scope

This license applies only to the original content created or provided by the modpack author and to the modpack compilation to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For the purposes of this license, "Original Content" includes, where applicable, configurations, scripts, datapacks, documentation, descriptions, artwork, branding, custom assets, and other original materials created by the modpack author.

The individual mods, libraries, assets, resource packs, shaders, and other third-party content included in this modpack are not owned by the modpack author. They remain the property of their respective creators and copyright holders.

Each third-party component included in this modpack remains subject to its own license, terms, and conditions.

Nothing in this license transfers ownership of third-party content to the modpack author, and nothing in this license is intended to override the license of any third-party component.

2. Permission to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to download, install, and use this modpack for personal, non-commercial gameplay.

You may use the modpack for your own personal gameplay and may make changes or customizations to it for your own private use.

This permission does not grant permission to redistribute, publish, mirror, re-upload, sell, sublicense, or otherwise publicly distribute the modpack or the modpack author's Original Content.

3. Private Modifications

You may modify, configure, customize, or otherwise alter the modpack for your own personal and private use.

Private modifications do not require permission from the modpack author.

You may not publicly publish or distribute a modified version of the modpack that contains the modpack author's Original Content without explicit written permission from the modpack author, except where a third-party component's license independently grants such a right.

Changing settings, configurations, descriptions, names, thumbnails, artwork, or other superficial elements does not by itself grant permission to redistribute the original modpack or its Original Content.

4. Redistribution and Publishing

Without explicit written permission from the modpack author, you may not:

• Re-upload the modpack to another website, launcher, platform, file host, repository, or other distribution service.
• Create or maintain a mirror containing a copy of the modpack.
• Publish or distribute a copy of the modpack.
• Redistribute the modpack through another launcher or platform.
• Create and distribute a modified or repackaged version of the modpack containing the modpack author's Original Content.
• Copy the modpack and publish it under another name.
• Include the modpack, or substantial portions of the modpack author's Original Content or compilation, in another publicly distributed modpack or project.
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially distribute the modpack or the modpack author's Original Content.
• Claim the modpack author's Original Content as your own.
• Remove or alter copyright notices or attribution belonging to the modpack author where applicable.
• Provide an unauthorized downloadable copy of the modpack through a website, social-media post, repository, file-sharing service, launcher, or any other distribution method.

These restrictions apply to the modpack author's Original Content and compilation. They do not override, revoke, or restrict rights that users receive directly from the creators or copyright holders of third-party components.

5. Third-Party Content

The individual mods, libraries, assets, resource packs, shaders, and other third-party components included in this modpack remain the property of their respective creators and copyright holders.

Users must comply with the applicable license and terms of each third-party component.

If a third-party component's license grants a right that cannot legally be restricted by this license, that right remains unaffected.

Nothing in this license is intended to revoke, restrict, modify, or interfere with any rights granted by the licenses of third-party components.

The modpack author does not claim ownership of third-party components merely because they are included in this modpack.

6. Independent Creation Using Third-Party Components

This license does not prevent a person from independently creating their own project or modpack using third-party components when the licenses of those components permit such use.

However, permission to use or redistribute a particular third-party component does not automatically grant permission to copy, redistribute, or publish the modpack author's Original Content, configurations, documentation, branding, artwork, or compilation.

A person may independently use the same third-party mods in another project where permitted by those mods' licenses, but may not use this provision as permission to copy and redistribute the original work of this modpack.

7. Videos, Screenshots, and Livestreams

You may create and publish gameplay videos, screenshots, livestreams, reviews, tutorials, articles, and other content featuring or discussing this modpack.

You may monetize such content where permitted by the platform on which the content is published.

Publishing content featuring the modpack does not grant permission to redistribute the modpack itself.

You may not use videos, screenshots, or other content as a means of providing an unauthorized copy or download of the modpack.

8. Modpack Name and Branding

The modpack's name, logo, artwork, branding, descriptions, and other identifying materials created by the modpack author may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests that another project or distribution is the official modpack.

You may not represent an unauthorized copy, fork, mirror, or derivative distribution as the official version of this modpack.

Third-party trademarks, logos, names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Official Distribution

The official version of this modpack is the version made available by the modpack author through officially authorized distribution channels.

Copies hosted by unauthorized individuals or services are not official versions of the modpack.

Users are encouraged to obtain the modpack from its official distribution source.

10. No Transfer of Ownership

Downloading, installing, or using this modpack does not transfer ownership of any Original Content belonging to the modpack author.

No ownership rights are granted except for the limited permissions explicitly stated in this license.

The user receives permission to use the modpack under the terms of this license but does not receive ownership of the modpack author's Original Content.

11. Enforcement

Unauthorized redistribution, publication, copying, or use of the modpack author's Original Content may result in requests for removal and/or other remedies available to the modpack author under applicable law.

The modpack author reserves all rights not expressly granted by this license.

12. No Warranty

This modpack is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The modpack author does not guarantee that the modpack will function without errors, crashes, incompatibilities, or other issues.

The modpack author is not responsible for data loss, damage, or other problems resulting from the use or modification of the modpack, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Third-party components remain the responsibility of their respective creators and are governed by their respective licenses.

13. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using this modpack, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this license and agree to comply with its terms.

If you do not agree to the terms of this license, you may not download, install, or use the modpack.

14. Reservation of Rights

All rights to the modpack author's Original Content that are not expressly granted by this license are reserved by the modpack author.

This license does not grant permission to redistribute or publish the modpack author's Original Content except where this license expressly permits such use or where applicable law or the license of a third-party component independently requires otherwise.
