This modpack is built to deepen Minecraft without overwhelming it—enhancing world generation, survival systems, and progression but not making a whole new game out of it. Moreover, this pack is built to extend progression past the base game: there's more on the path to success and even more beyond that!

Expanded World Generation
With the full suite of YUNG's Better mods, the world feels alive. Dungeons, mineshafts, temples, nether fortresses, and ocean monuments have all been overhauled to provide more challenging, meaningful exploration. Combined with Dungeon Crawl and Moog's Structure packs, the whole map feels built for a good time.

Improved Tools for Survival
JourneyMap, Nature’s Compass, and Waystones make navigation more intentional without removing challenge. Sophisticated Backpacks and Just Enough Items (JEI) streamline inventory management and crafting, as many other modpacks have done.

Environmental and Atmospheric Enhancements

At the center of the pack is The Update, a custom mod this pack was built around. While it already adds a lot to the game, it complements the other mods in this pack by having a sort of vanilla+ glue. It's designed not to stand out, but to make the game feel more complete.
