-Days last longer

-Food can rot, food, especially raw meat, doesn't last long

-Weight system, you can no longer haul 15 tons of stone

-Smithing is required to get metal tools

-Horses have been overhauled

-Coordinates have been disabled

-Villages, the ones that weren't destroyed, have stern guards that aren't afraid to kill you

-Regeneration has been disabled, making you need to use medical supplies to gain health back
