Birthright is a server dedicated around the telling of the greatest story of all - yours. With a expansive, yet hidden, pre-written lore, complete with Gods, ancient beings, and many characters you may come to understand, hate, or even love, Birthright exists as an oppertunity to place yourself within a world that is crumbling, falling to pieces, and either help restore glory to it, or etablish your own dominion, one without the Gods looming over you.

From a gameplay standpoint, it is most akin to a factions-server, you are encouraged to band together with your fellow players, and engage in trading, war, or even just infrastructure as a whole. With core mods such as;

(Not including the many addons of Epic Knights, or Farmer's Delight)
(Ice and Fire mobs are 10x as rare, and most have 2x hp and 2x damage to ensure they are actually challenging, and require team-play.)

You are encouraged to read the Trello (linked on the server) to understand the lore from an unreliable, but powerful being, who observed all you could not. The lore is written entirely by him, and it's up to you to discover if it's entirely true, or a slight alternation, to better fit his goals.

Also accepting staff and lore writers, who have access to a compendium of a Google document, that explains all the current lore thoroughly, so you understand exactly what you can and cannot share, as well as the greater forces at play.

Custom origins, if they fit within the canon, are accepted and encouraged, and above all else; you are encouraged to take your part in the story.
The grand narrative, and story, is the focus of the server, and the primary concern is to keep it fresh, interesting, and fun.
