+building gadgets, builder wands, fossils, dimdoors, torchmaster, hooked

-remove the broken tool parts from the tinkers pool, and eventually just remove that mod (moartinkers) once we're not playing a world actively

-enemy damage scaling is three times higher. this does NOT mean they will hit for three times the damage; it means that they will get beefier much faster. in addition, their health is lowered in general but idk by how much

-parasites should take up less of the spawn pool, but now base infected mobs will spawn which allows them to combine into worse things

-no more twilight forest parasites
