Big Star Guys is a unique modpack that blends the tech heavy creativity of BigChadGuys with the adventure and battling spirit of Cobblemon Star Academy. It’s designed to give players the best of both worlds: building massive machines and magical setups while training, battling, and exploring with Cobblemon in a world full of surprises.
Worlds Combined
From BigChadGuys, the pack brings lush world generation, furniture, immersive farming systems, and deep automation tools. Everything from cozy base building and vehicle crafting to detailed decorating is here. On top of that, it layers in the structured and stylized experience of Cobblemon Star Academy, full of custom towns, academies, loot trails, and competitive battle mechanics.
The result is a world that feels alive. You’re not just farming crops or wiring machines; you’re walking through vibrant biomes with rare Cobblemon hiding in the brush and structures packed with lore, loot, and challenge.
Balanced Progression
BigChadGuys provides a sandbox for creativity, letting you build at your pace using mods like Create, Refined Storage, Mekanism, Botania, and Ars Nouveau. Cobblemon Star Academy brings more structure and goal oriented gameplay with gyms, trainer battles, badge wagering, and a full economy using in game currency systems. The progression is smooth and rewarding for both solo players and servers.
You can log in to relax, automate a crop farm, or gear up for a full blown Cobblemon expedition. You’re free to take either path or both and feel a natural sense of progress along the way.
Creature Catching Meets Crafting
Cobblemon is front and center. With hundreds of unique Cobblemon roaming the world, players can build their team, complete their Cobbledex, challenge friends, and explore new strategies. With Star Academy’s tournament systems and battle mechanics layered in, your training has real purpose. There are battle arenas, trainer NPCs, and gyms built into the world to keep the pressure on.
