Big but smol and very cute

- Removed Inventory Tweaks in favour of simple sorter due to issues it was causing with certain menus

- Removed I Like Wood due to the excessive amount of items it added potentially causing extended loading times

- Added Thermal Expansion and some of the other Thermal mods

- Added Simply Jetpacks 2

- Added Vanilla Hammers for an alternative to tinkers' constructs hammers since I know not everyone gets along with tinkers' (Also will complement apotheosis a little and allow you to have some crazy enchants on a hammer)

- Dynamic trees added with biomes o' plenty, terraforged and quark support mods alongside it

- Can't remember what else was added or removed if anything, if any issues arise let me know and I shall look into it and do my best to rectify the problem

I COMPLETELY MESSED UP ON THE PREVIOUS 1.1 UPDATE TO THE PACK IN THE FACT THAT MODS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE REMOVED HADN'T BEEN, THIS SHOULD FIX IT
