Too Many Fixes and still moar on the way....

- Fix Nether Portals
- Unification of Items makes things a bit cleaner. Some might have gotten by my eye so keep a look out so I can add them to the OreDict
Unification of items follow this path order : Minecraft, Buildcraft, Thermal Foundation, Mekanism, Ender IO, Immersive Engineering, Actually Additions
- Duplicate recipes should be craftable via interchangeable toggle button for now until I can add them properly.
- Tool Forge Quest will accept any Tool Forge variant
- Hopefully fix the Title Screen Scale
- Mekanism Tools removed don't need duplicate tools
- Disabled useless World Gen types
- Disabled load complete sounds (Ex Pack and World Load "Ding" sounds)

- Gears, Rods, and Plates I/O fix
- Most recipes should be craftable now even recipes with same input for different outputs
- JEI Menu cleaned up drastically
AE2 and Buildcraft Facades hidden, Items like Soul Vials with souls hidden Broken Spawners etc., Spawn Eggs, ME Fluid Patterns, Cans, Wax Capsules, Refactory Capsules, Tanks, Phials, Florbs and Morbs, and Gas Tanks
- Some EMC updates

- All mods updated as of 3/19/20
- Recipe for the Beginning Book of Books

Depending on how things go Buildcraft may not be needed in this pack and might be removed in the near future if anyone sees a problem with that please leave comments in the Discord channel. I only throw this out there as I honestly don't see the need for Buildcraft considering all the other options in the pack. 

Also things to consider for the Server I'd like to compose a list of TPS heavy items/blocks to determine whether or not the items should be removed from server so players will not abuse them causing server TPS lag which impacts all players. Though I really want to try and not remove items more so make players aware of problematic items so they can be used sparingly to preserver TPS.
