Beyond The Crank

Fixed items you couldn't make, which blocked some quests:
- Netherite Sheet: now made on the Mechanical Press from a netherite ingot (the mod's own recipe was broken). Thanks Squishy_Sundae for the report!
- Zinc Mesh: craft it like the Andesite Mesh, with zinc ingots.
- Raw Iron and Raw Zinc Pieces: sift gravel or sand through the Zinc Mesh.
- Insulator, Iron Tube, Pantograph and Bulk Storage (Modern Train Parts): their recipes work again.
- Engine Cylinders and Turbine Blade (TFMG): their recipes work again.
- Knuckle, Split Knuckle and Screwlink Couplers: cut them from a Deco Coupler on the Stonecutter.
- Space Food: press bread, cooked meat, dried kelp and an iron sheet in a basin.
- Deco Casing block sticks and the Durasteel Charm can be crafted again.

Quests:
- Act VIII "Injector" now accepts any type of injector.
- The Engine Blueprint quest now says where to make it.
