Delete Essential if you're gonna play alone or in a server. If you're a mac user remove controllable and spark!

Remove vivrecraft and it's compat if you're not gonna play with a controller or a VR set.
Don't Update any mods and don't add optifine!
Disable the "Skip Mojang Launcher" option if you're using curseforge because it causes issues
