- adjusted rarity of infernalmobs correctly (had used inverse values before due to lack of proper documentation)

- disabled Charm's automatic portable crafting grid as it would create issues with equipment while carrying a crafting table and potential conflict with InventoryProfilesNext
- created alternate Crafttweaker recipe for Backpacked to allow use of normal leather instead of just rabbit hide
- added compatibility mods for Create to fix minor issues in interactions between Create and related mods
- added some Create addons
- removed damp soil mod due to unwanted interaction with simply seasons
- removed some other mods that weren't really necessary
- removed ironchest as refined storage essentially serves the same purpose
- removed letmesleep due to its functions being handled by other mods
- removed torohealth due to potential compatibility problems
- removed Ice and Fire for the time being in order to help troubleshoot performance issues
- added additional mods to test
