Config Changes

• Temporarily disabled ModernFix Dynamic Resources due to Vanilla Backport incompatibility. Please follow the full performance linked on the main menu if you start to notice a decrease in performance
• Dynamic lighting is now set to realtime by default
• The Narrator keybind is now unbound by default, and can be re-enabled in Accessibility settings
• Updated the Magnum Torch quest description for better clarity
• Fixed modded spawn eggs creating missing texture particles when used
