WARNING: removed infernal expansion, THIS WILL CORRUPT YOUR NETHER
To fix this you will have to fix the level.dat from your world using NBTExplorer:
Create a new World with this update
open level.dat of that world, go to worldgen, dimensions, and copy the minecraft:the_nether nbt data
delete the minecraft:the_nether nbt data from the CORRUPTED WORLD (if it has not yet been deleted)
paste the data you copied from the newly created world
delete DIM-1 from the corrupted world, to reset the nether.
