Better evolving technology

The 1.7 branch of Evolving technology is no longer supported as work on a newer version has begun.

This modpack aims to let the player go through multiple tech trees in order to unlock better tools and machines. This modpack currently features 4 tiers of technology.This will effect your game allot by adding allot of dechnology.If you have any suggestions please post them in this thread.
