BetaA Redux Lite 2.0 + Skyblock

Lots of Mods changes and config fixes from version 1.6

No more IC2 included in the pack. Removed duplicate instance of Ex Nilhilo Mod, added many different various mods for stabilization of pack and balance to game play.

Other than updating mods to latest version, there likely will not be another mod update (added or subtracted mods) to this pack. Unless something is found to be a game breaking issue or relevant change to a mod already in this pack, this is the pack in its final form as of version 1.7.
