Updated various mods (remove Wisdom Stone from any Magichem devices you have one in before update, it now goes in a curio slot)

Added mods: Refined Storage Requestify, Observable, TurtleBoi's Core Library
Removed mods: A Heart For You, EnderIO Unoffical Addon, Enchanting Runes, Ancient Curses, TurtleCore
    A Heart For You's max hp increasing items not only seem to not work, they caused max hp to shift back and forth during tests. EnderIO Unofficial is deprecated due to the main mod adding all the addon's content. Enchanting Runes was removed for being obtuse and overall unnecessary given the plethora of enchantment mods. Ancient Curses/Turtle Core removed due to error when launching dedicated server

Added notes to Docs tutorial/mod briefing document:
