This is basically a vanilla+ sort of deal. It adds very little on top of the normal game play experience of Minecraft, the focus is to improve world generation to break up the monotony of vanilla Minecraft worlds, it does this with Terraforged for over world and YUNG's better caves for the underground. Biomes O'Plenty adds a lot more to the surface and when paired with Terraforged it makes a very engaging and beautiful world to explore.
On top of the world generation it has a couple QOL mods such as AppleSkin, Corail Tombstones, OreExcavation, and more little ones to make playing that much more relaxing.
