I present to you...

The HYPERTHERMIA UPDATE! (Version 1.4)

 

This update is HUGE and there's a lot to get into!

-Added Temperature with the help of the Cold Sweat mod!
= No features have been removed, everything is largely vanilla to the mod itself.

-Added Seasons thanks to the Serene Seasons mod!
= Largely Vanilla once again, no major changes.
= Serene Seasons Fix has also been added, for obvious reasons (Stability + The Hourglass Mod)

-Added Better Tree chopping with HT's TreeChop!

-Ghasts have been replaced with "Terrortomas"

 = New sounds, textures, and stats have been added to replaced everything "ghast"

= Small Ships

All of these Vehicles can be crafted at the Auto Mechanic Table. Crafted with 2 Copper Ingots and 2 Stone!

These mods together have almost DOUBLED my FPS and has made the modpack WAY more enjoyable! Hope you have fun!

C.Ds have been replaced completely

All of the C.Ds (except for the songs by Cal Veatch) have been replaced, this is due to copyright violation. I was stupid and used copyrighted songs without permission or licensing them, I was notified by CurseForge that a claim had been submitted due to "Animal I have Become (Instrumental)" being featured, hence the change in the Frostbite Update.

Even then, I was still really scared that another claim could be submitted and I wouldn't be given the chance to act as I did before. So, I set off looking for music to use, royalty-free music with lyrics... quite specific.. Still, I found some music on Stockmusic.net and I finally, offically licensed some music to use on this project, and this project only.

While it'll probably be hard to adjust, and I am sorry, because I said in the Facelift update's changelog that they specifically wouldn't be touched, this is how it's gonna have to be. Honestly, it's not too bad! The new music is awesome!

As a result of all this though, the older files prior to this update have been archived, This will NEVER happen again. You have my word.

Further Quality of life Improvements
---------------------------------------------

-Boss music for the Zombie Ender Dragon has been replaced with new music
-Main menu music has been replaced with new music
-Credits sequence now has new music, along with MUCH improved display
-Added Thirst as a mechanic, with the help of the tough as nails mod
-The player is now nearly twice as strong, defensively. This is from a new defaultconfig for the FirstAid mod
-Master Volume is now set to 100% like it's supposed to be (whoopsie)
-Daytime is now 1.5x longer than before and nighttime is now half as long as before
-Zombie Animals now drop discs at all times
-Added the NotEnoughAnimations mod
-Added the Third Person Auto Switch mod
-Added the 3D Skin Layers mod
-Added a new message of dialogue when first joining a world
-Added NEW and IMPROVED textures for the C.Ds

 

That's all the major changes, sorry this update took so long as per usual, but I'm planning on having roughly monthly updates from here on out. Another thing I should mention, please, make a new world every update. Certain features may be removed, broken, or just not work at all (literally anything involving defaultconfigs) unless you do some tampering yourself in the files yourself. So please, take that advice and LOVE this new update!
