Added Fancy World Animations (test).

Updated 3D Skin Layers, Animatica, Better Clouds, Better Stats Screen, C2ME, Fabric API, Fresh Animations (resource pack), Ixeris, Optimized block entities, Reese's Sodium Options, Shulker Box Tooltip, Smooth Scrolling, Sodium Extra, TCDCAPI, and Wavey Capes.

Updated to Fabric Mod Loader 0.20.1.

Enabled Better Clouds to work with shaders on & turned off blocky clouds in mellow as the mod works fine now.

Temporarily removed quivers & objects extension for Fresh Animations as it no longers work with the new version of the resource pack. (Semi-replaced w/ fancy world animations)
