Base Maker Modpack
In this modpack you can expect to have full control over everything that is happening in your base. You will be able to kill anything or anyone that sets foot inside your base. Whether it's through a painful pit of lava, a magical flower, or an extremely advanced turret, you can kill players and mobs.
You could also focus on making your base automized, you could set up auto-miners, or a huge solar panel array, it's up to you. You could also make interactions between mechanical and magical mods using (for example) the Autonomous Activator from Thermal Expansion to place lava for the Thermalily from Botania.
There are also mods for building, like Chisel and Chisel And Bits. Chisel adds many variants of all the vanilla blocks, making it much easier to build in whatever style you want. Chisel And Bits is a mod that makes it easier to create custom shapes because you can take small pieces out of any block.
