This lightweight Fabric-based modpack was created for BarzyyTV’s community on YouTube and Twitch.
At its core is the popular Cobblemon mod, bringing a Pokémon-style experience into Minecraft 1.21.1.

Jade – Instant block and entity information
You're in Grave Danger – Items are stored in graves when you die
Traveler’s Backpack [Fabric] – Portable backpack with fluid tanks and tool slots
Trinkets (Fabric) – Adds accessory slots and mod compatibility framework
Continuity – Smooth connected textures and visual consistency
Cloth Config API – Required for in-game configuration support
