This update feels a bit messy to me and I'm not the most confident releasing it, but things should be okay. I was not able to get even a fraction of what I wanted done, but oh well. Please update with caution as always and please report issues if you run into any!

Unfortunate news about the BaerCraft 1.20.X update. As much as it pains me to say it, until further notice, development for the port will be put on hold. This DOES NOT MEAN development won't continue in the near future! This is due to several reasons I've mentioned here and there around our Discord. So, if you care, I would take a glance there. This does mean I will be a bit more involved in 1.16.5 again, so hopefully I can bring more frequent, more content filled updates again :)

My plans for 1.16.5 for now is of course adding new content along with improving existing features such as loot tables, entity spawns, structures, and a lot more. We have a very exciting plan for one of the updates that's coming in the somewhat near future!

Mod additions:

-Added mod Dynamic Trees Pam's Harvestcraft 2: Trees

This mod is exactly what it sounds like! Pam's Harvestcraft Dynamic Tree compat :) gardens will now sometimes drop dynamic PHC tree seeds (now biome specific unlike the tree saplings were which no longer drop from gardens)

-Added mod Enchantato - Enchantment Table (replaces the mod Enchantato)

This mod allows the configuration of what enchantments can show up in the enchanting table without removing the enchantment from the game entirely.

Other changes:

-Like one of the previous updates, the enchantments Crop Reaper and Crab's Favor cannot be applied in the enchantment table. However, this update now allows players to apply the enchantments through the anvil unlike before.

-Added the Crop Reaper enchantment in village houses loot table

-Added experience concentrate to several structures

-All variants of hippogryphs now spawn in a wide variety of biomes that will be adjusted over the next few updates (this change may be reverted)

-Slightly increased the flight speed of hippogryphs

-Adjusted spawn biomes for the following Alex's Mobs mobs: -Kangaroo -Komodo dragon -Tasmanian devil

-Adjusted spawn biomes for the following Untamed Wilds mobs (does not include all variants): -Big cats -Sharks -Snakes

-Increased spawn weights for the following Alex's Mobs mobs: -Crocodile -Tasmanian devil

-Decreased spawn weights for the following Alex's Mobs mobs: -Bone serpent -Gazelle -Rattlesnake -Lobster -Cockroach -Shoebill -Kangaroo -Tiger

-Decreased apex predator spawn weights for Untamed Wilds

-Decreased ocean mobs spawn weights for Untamed Wilds

-Decreased water mobs spawn weights for Untamed Wilds

-Increased algae generation chance for Untamed Wilds

-Adjusted spawn biomes for cockatrices and slightly increased their spawn chance

-Decreased squirrel spawn weight + group size

-Decreased MANY spawn weights + group sizes for Frikinzi's Fauna mobs

-Changed the texture for Untamed Wild's big cat tiger (and hide item + carpet) variant to resemble a siberian tiger

-Added some experimental config changes for Ice & Fire that allows dragons to break all weak blocks at an extremely slow rate with a minimal chance of dropping an item for a broken block

-The ender dragon will now drop every rune from Quark (except the blank rune)

-Removed the "Realms Notifications" option within the options menu while in multiplayer and relocated the "Shadows Options" button in its place

-Changed all "banned" config option in Forgery's features.ini file to false due to thing being marked as banned causing lag

-Due to the abnormal behavior of the global loot modifier for peaceful and hostile mobs, heart crystals, heart crystal shards, power crystals, and power crystal shards have been added to specific loot tables instead. I will add it to additional loot tables over time.

-Adjusted some mineshaft's max/min spawn heights (I kind of forget why)

-Once again HEAVILY customized Dynamic Trees tree generation in MANY biomes

-Removed palm trees from beaches due to the strange look of them

-Replaced Pam's Harvestcraft tree saplings with Dynamic Tree variants in the coresponding gardens

-Increased the max distance between jungle villages

-Increased jungle fortress size

-Added compatibility for Better Villages and Ice & Fire + Immersive Engineering village structures
